Sunday Social

I'm linking up with Ashley and Neely again this week for their Sunday Social.
These are always fun to read your answers and think about my own.
Enjoy!

Best trip you've ever been on

The best trip I have ever been on was just taken just this past October. We had our first family vacation to Disneyland it was perfect.  I've always loved Disney, but seeing it through the eyes of my then 2 1/2 year old little boy made is the best trip ever. It truly is the happiest place on earth and Reagan still talks about it. You can read more about our trip here , here, here, and here

Best idea for a girls weekend trip

Gosh, I haven't had a girls weekend trip in f-o-r-e-v-e-r!  But if I were to plan one now, I think it would be to Palm Springs.  We could spend the days laying out by the pool drinking cocktails or shopping at the outlet malls. We could then go out to nice dinners and laugh together in our rooms.
Who wants to come?

Best idea for a couples trip

I would love to take a trip with Nick and go back to Hawaii.  I think it is such a beautiful place and the atmosphere is so romantic.  We went to Kauai on our honeymoon 6 years ago.  It was during one of the worst storms they've ever had and we ended up being stranded at the hotel.  So I would love to have a "re-do".  This trip would be spent lounging on the beach, drinking tropical drinks, and have lots of together time!

Best vacation on the cheap

Hmm not really sure what to write about this one. We really don't travel that much so I don't know much on this topic.  I see a lot of trips posted on Groupon and those type of sites for Mexico and such, so that might be a cheap option?! I'm excited to read what you all write here- and maybe I can learn some tricks!

Place you most want to visit

I would love to visit Fiji or some other tropical place like that. I see all these fabulous trips on shows like RHOC and Kardashian's. It looks so relaxing and so beautiful.

I would love to go to Europe with Nick.  We have both been separately but I would love to experience it together.

I would also love to go to Washington D.C. with Nick. I've been before but he has never been.  He is a huge history buff and I love all things 'America'. I think we would have the best/nerdiest time ever!

Vacation/Travel necessities

I'm going to pretend kids aren't on this imaginary trip- because that would be a whole other post! My necessities are:

I seriously think this is the best bag to travel with. It fits your money, phone, camera, etc. and I feel safe with it across my body.

It is so much easier to load up books on my nook than travel with a bunch of real books.

my camera
You all know I take my camera everywhere and am constantly taking pictures. I definitely don't have a fancy camera but I love taking pictures and putting them in albums!

I am excited to see you link up and share this Sunday!

I picked fiji for my dream vacation spot too! And funny enough I've actually taken a girls weekend to Palms Springs. Of course we were only 20 at the time, so there weren't a lot of poolside cocktails, but it was still a fun trip.

Palm Springs - I'm there. I love my Coach swing back for traveling or going places I don't really want to carry a purse - games, Disney days, fairs.

LOVE Disneyland too! Also, the hubs and I went to Hawaii for our honeymoon too and I absolutely want a do-over. I got sick on Valentine's Day--I mean the violent, retching, carry me to the bathroom sick. It was a little too chilly to really spend all day at the beach and we definitely had rain. But it was gorgeous and fun because we were married. Still, a do-over is a must.

Cute blog, btw!
