Another sucessful week for me in the kitchen! Who knew?
This was a busy week with my adventures in cooking, being sick. and at school. We had an important visitor at school as well as having lots of 100th day festivities.
But today was a very lazy day for me. I woke up early then went back to bed and slept till 2pm. (Still feeling lousy!) Thank goodness for Nick... super Dad! He was on daddy duty all day basically while I napped with the dogs in the bedroom. This afternoon I got up and started cleaning the house... We then decided to get out of the house for a while.. So we loaded Reagan up in his wagon and walked to the park. Reagan loves his wagon and the swings so it was a win-win.
Are there any recipes you swear by? (easy is key people!)
I'd love to give them a try!

I am soooo hungry now! Everything sounds so good! Loving the pictures! Hope your feeling better! XOXO
Sooooo glad to hear about your cooking adventures. I've got some great recipes for you. . .go to Rachael Ray's website. Click on last Monday's show; it featured the top 10 recipes downloaded by viewers in 2009. They look really good and appear to be easy. I made the white chicken chili. . .FABULOUS and absolutely a CINCH. You literally put all the ingredients in one pot (one of them being a rotiss. chicken from the store) and let it cook. Ben's buddy, Gabe, came over for dinner and loved it! Good luck and don't give up!! One day you will be as good a cook as your mother!! <3 Love you! Aunt Marty :-)
Aww Thanks ... Ive now made 2 things from the Campbells cookbook you gave me... both delish. I will def try Racheal Rays website !!
Awwww, so cute. Does he keep those shades on? It's quite the effort trying to get my toddler to keep them on!
