I hope that you guys had a fun 4th of July! I've been catching up and reading all of your blogs from the last week- whew! You guys have kept me busy this afternoon!
We went up to Payson on Friday morning to meet my Mom and Dad at their vacation house. My younger sister Meg and her hubby Shaun were already there as well. The day was pretty lazy getting settled and visiting. That night my older sister Jocelyn and her family came up. We ate pizza from our from our favorite local pizza joint, decorated the golf cart for the parade, and played games before bed.
Feeling very patriotic!
Saturday we got up and went to the club's 4th of July parade. My parents drove with the grandkids (Reagan only made it a little bit this year before he insisted getting off and watching with us).
After the parade we changed and headed to the pool. It was super busy but we had so much fun swimming, playing, listening to the music, and eating summer snacks.
Sunday morning we got up and went to one of our favorite things the club puts on each year- the pancake breakfast. It is soooo delicious!!
After the breakfast the boys went golfing and the rest of us went back to the pool.

That night we played more games and the kids put on a little talent show. It was hilarious.
Monday we went to the park and played, swam at the pool, and said goodbye to half of the group.

Tuesday and Wednesday were spent pretty relaxing! We had a lot of rain so we hung out indoors. Last night after dinner we drove around and looked for animals. Everyone always has great luck spotting them (except for me)... but luckily Reagan saw an Elk.

We had a great time getting out of the heat and spending time with family! Can't wait for next year!
