I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day!
I had a great weekend filled with those I love most!
Saturday
Saturday morning I woke up with the birds to help my parents with a garage sale. It was totally last minute but thought I'd try to sell some of the random baby things I didn't need anymore. It was a disaster of a sale -- hardly any customers and nobody was interested in baby goods. Oh well! I had a nice visit with my parents and Reagan loved playing in the yard.
Then I had a bridal shower for my friend Alicia. It was a sweet little shower hosted by our friends Sarah and Lisa. Alicia had flown into town and I was happy to shower her with love. I won't be able to make it to her wedding in Colorado next month so I was so excited to spend some time with her.
That afternoon was spent running errands and spending time at home.
Sunday
I woke up and was treated with some cinnamon rolls for breakfast while I pumped. (Ha ha- the life of a mother, right?) Then we got everyone ready for church and made it to church almost on time. I swear. We seem to be about 5 minutes late to church every single Sunday. One of these days we will make it before it begins! We enjoyed a nice service with my parents and my sister and family and then headed our own ways.
When we got home we tried to take some pictures with me and the kids. It is so hard to get a pic with all 3 kids looking at the camera and smiling! But I thought they turned out pretty cute non the less.
Reagan really wanted to surprise me with a picnic lunch in the park but I vetoed that decision- it was just way too hot for that. It was almost 100 degrees at that point and I knew the babies and myself would not think it was very enjoyable! So we improvised and had a picnic lunch of KFC in front of Peter Pan.
Then the boys let me go to bed and take a nap! They know food and sleep is the way to my heart!
After the nap I got up and played with Reagan while the babies napped. Then we got ready and headed out to dinner with my family. Our neighborhood Mexican spot has been our go-to for years and it's pretty fun because they know us all and have seen us all "grow up". It was a pretty wild and crazy dinner with the 4 kids but it was delicious and fun to spend time laughing together.
Reagan gave me some flowers for Mother's Day and some goodies he made at school.
The boys also got me some new charms for my Pandora bracelet.
It was a great day!
Don't forget to link up with your littles for TTT!
You all know how I love matching my crew, so obviously Mother's Day was no exception!
I found these matching pink shirts and Harper's dress at Carter's. The boy's khaki pants were from Children's Place.
